Refund Policy

We are happy to offer a 30-day refund policy for orders placed through www.drinksurely.com.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of the date of the order by emailing hey@drinksurely.com and our team will be happy to assist you with a refund, less shipping fees.  We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are over 30 days old.  Purchases of gift cards are final sale and are exempt from this policy, as are wholesale orders and purchases made from third party retailers.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an issue with the shipping provider, you will be notified and a full order refund will be issued.  Please note, depending on who you bank with, it can take them 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please contact us within 30 days of your order date regarding any damages or shipment issues.
