Every morning, share these 3 things in the Facebook group:
1. Whether or not you drank alcohol the day before (and what you drank)
2. How you slept the night before
3. How you feel that morning
The goal is to help you reflect on how alcohol (or the lack of alcohol) affects your sleep.
Example #1: "Last night, I had two glasses of red wine with dinner. I went to bed tired, but I feel groggy this morning, not refreshed. The sleep score in my Oura ring was 65 (lower than usual). Tonight I'm going to skip the wine and have some kombucha instead and see how I feel tomorrow morning!"
Example #2: "I had two glasses of Surely with dinner last night and I was able to get up when my alarm went off without snoozing it this morning."
You don't need to have a health tracking device like an Oura ring or Fitbit to participate in the challenge (how you feel is enough!), but we encourage you to share data from your health devices if you use them.
